• more than 2 years of average income (GDP per capita) in the United Kingdom;
• more than one year and 10 months in the Netherlands;
• more than one year and 8 months in Switzerland;
• more than one year and 7 months in Spain; and
• 18 months of average income in Germany.

In a letter to the union defence minister Nirmala Sitharaman on 13 December, CITU general
secretary Tapan Sen, MP drew her attention to the ongoing agitation, including relay hunger strike
