22nd Congress of Pensioners Federation of Greece
On Thursday, October 18, 2018 started the 22nd National Congress of the Pensioners’ Federation of Greece-IKA.
The Congress started with the Introduction of the President of the Federation, Dimos Koubouris, and Member of the Executive Secretariat of PAME, which noted the rise in membership of the Federation.
Russia: WFTU in solidarity with the workers in Russia

RUSSIA
The World Federation of Trade Unions expresses its support and solidarity with the workers in the Russian Federation, who are opposing and struggling against the plans of the Government, who intends to raise the retirement age for women and men workers.
Until today, the law of the Soviet Union of 1928 still applies, according to which the maximum retirement age is 55 for women and 60 for men. The Soviet Union was the first state in the world to vote and implement such a law.
