WE ENDED THE YEAR, CONTINUING OUR FIGHT FOR THE UNITY OF TRADE UNIONS, RETIRED AND SOCIAL ORGANIZATIONS AND FOR THE FIVE BASIC POINTS AGREED ON BY A SET OF ORGANIZATIONS AND CONTENTS IN OUR THREE BILLS

Our National Coordinating Table of Retired and Pensioned Organizations of the Argentine Republic held the 51st ORDINARY CONGRESS, on Saturday, December 10, with delegates from organizations in the country, in person and online, giving rise to a democratic and enriching. Within this framework, once the presidency and the congressional commissions were constituted, the Annual Report and Balance Sheet for the Year were submitted for consideration and approved. The Resolutions Committee put to consideration the proposals presented by the delegates, which were approved in general and debated individually for their enrichment, in their foundations and application. These will be implemented through a national action plan, namely:

* Promote a great debate and popular mobilization to demand the treatment and parliamentary sanction of the three bills, which we will present again in the Chamber of Deputies of the Nation, for having lost parliamentary status, by decision of the majorities in office. its non-treatment in the respective commissions.

* SOCIAL PROTECTION LAW. For a true Public, Distribution, Assisted, Intergenerational System.

*RETIREMENT IS A RIGHT- the fight for a true emergency increase in retirement benefits at all levels and, on that basis, the application of the update according to the law of each case (national, provincial, municipal) so that there is no no retirement and pension below the Basic Basket of an Older Adult. Retirement must be the real substitute for salary and must be calculated by applying the mobile 82% to the salary of the active worker in the same position, trade or function.

*The direction and administration of the pension funds must be exercised by representatives of active workers, retirees and representatives of the State.

* LAW FOR THE STANDARDIZATION OF OUR SOCIAL WORK INSSJP (PAMI). The delegates expressed the difficulties in each place regarding health care and it was made very clear that it is a common good that must reach everyone. Public Health should be a State policy and under no circumstances a private business to obtain large profits.

Our INSSJP (PAMI), as stated by all the delegates, does not even fulfill the fundamentals of its function: Comprehensive Medical Assistance. The only way is for our INSSJP (PAMI) Normalization project to be discussed together with the workers of the Institute, retiree organizations, trade unions and unions.

*COMODATUM HOUSING LAW: it is an unavoidable duty of the Nation, the Provinces and the Municipalities to provide housing in commodatum to retirees and pensioners in a situation of housing risk.

TO START THE PLAN OF STRUGGLE 2023, BASED ON THE RESOLUTIONS OF OUR 51ST CONGRESS, ON DECEMBER 21, THE THIRD WEDNESDAY FOR RETIRED PEOPLE, WE WILL CARRY OUT OUR HISTORICAL AND SYMBOLIC "TOAST WITH BREAD AND WATER", IN PERSONALITY, IN CABA A 3:00 PM IN RIVADAVIA BETWEEN CALLAO AND RIOBAMBA, IN FRONT OF THE CONGRESS, AND IN THE PLACE THAT IS ESTABLISHED IN EACH PROVINCE AND LOCATION, WITH WIDE DISSEMINATION.

ON THURSDAY 15, AT 3 PM, TOGETHER WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS, WE WILL BE IN FRONT OF THE CONGRESS SPEAKING AGAINST THE PENSION AND LABOR REFORM, FOR AN EMERGENCY INCREASE IN ASSETS, RETIRED PEOPLE, PENSIONERS AND LIFE ANNUITIES, BY 82% MOBILE, 100% FOR ALL MEDICINES, FOR FREE TRANSPORTATION AND OTHER CLAIMS.
